The Masonry National Certificate Level 3 qualification recognizes the skills and knowledge required for individuals working as highly skilled masons. It builds on the skills and knowledge of existing NC-2 certificate holders who are experienced in masonry.
This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for an individual to become a Mason with the highest level of competence in accordance with industry standards.
Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to work in the construction industry, performing masonry work such as: Performing basic reinforcement work, Performing concrete work, Performing high-order plastering works, Constructing building approach roads.
Additionally, the course will prepare graduates to comply with regulatory and organizational requirements for practicing Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
To obtain the qualification of Masonry NC3, all modules and learning outcomes prescribed for this qualification must be achieved.
