🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and practical ICT training to trainees.
- Design and update curriculum and lesson plans.
- Provide continuous assessment and feedback to enhance trainee performance.
- Maintain and manage ICT lab facilities.
- Collaborate with industry partners for relevant program development.
- Support institute-level digital transformation initiatives.
📚 Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT/Computer Science/IT or related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, networking basics, and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
