The Construction Carpentry National Certificate Level 3 qualification recognizes the skills and knowledge required for individuals working as highly skilled carpenters. It builds on the skills and knowledge that candidates have gained through the successful completion of the Construction Carpentry NC-2 course. This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for an individual to become a Construction Carpenter with the highest level of competence in accordance with industry standards.

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to work in the construction industry, performing carpentry work such as: Constructing roofs with wooden roof trusses, Constructing Bhutanese architectural elements. Additionally, the course will prepare graduates to comply with regulatory and organizational requirements for practicing Occupational Health and Safety procedures.

To obtain the qualification of Construction Carpentry NC 3, all modules and learning outcomes prescribed for this qualification must be achieved.
